Linda Weber works as a social worker at Jewish
Family and Children's Services doing couples counseling as well as working
with individuals and families. Prior to working at JF&CS, she did
counseling and advocacy work at Womanspace as part of obtaining her
Master's Degree in Social Work. Linda also runs a sales training and
consulting company she started in 1986. Her organization works with
companies who face the challenge of a conceptual sales situation.
In addition to her involvement with Hands On Helpers, Ms Weber has
been an active board member at the Jewish Center of Princeton, worked the
Contact hotline, and participates on the Project Sarah task force which
addresses the issue of domestic violence in the Jewish community.
“Being involved in our community and doing volunteer work is an
important value in my life and in our family,” she stated. “I think the
ability to make it easier for young and old alike to know the wide variety
of opportunities to contribute to our community is important. I am
particularly interested in engaging teens in doing community service so
they can learn
the satisfaction of giving early in their lives.”
